City Office Lobby is temporarily closed due to COVID-19

The Hull City Office will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 23rd until further notice. We will continue to provide you with all city services throughout this time. We are always here to answer your questions and assist you as needed. You can reach us by phone 439-1521 or by email at info@cityofhull.org. Any payments or correspondence can be put in the dropbox by the city office. The Community Building is closed until further notice.

E-BILL is now available for utility bills. Call the office to get your account set up. NO PARKING ORDINANCE is effect. No parking on the streets from 2AM-6AM. Council meets on the 9th and 23rd at 5pm in regular session in the Hull City Office. Blood Bank will be in the Library on the 17th from noon-6pm. Hull Chamber will meet at noon on the 9th at the American State Bank.
The city has updated it's Disaster Management Plan. This can be found under the Fire Department Information.
There is a NEW 2020 printable garbage calendar under the forms link of the city. Eastside garbage day is Monday, Westside garbage day is Tuesday. Eastside recycling is 1st and 3rd Thursday, Westside recycling is 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. You can also pick up a copy of the routes at the city office. There are new recycling pamphlets at the city office.
