| Board of Adjustments |

| The Board of Adjustments is made up of 5 members that serve 5 year terms. The board is selected by the mayor. The board reviews all building permits that do not abide by the codes of the city. The board also has the ability to approve or disapprove any building permit that is presented to the board. Any resident can request that the Board of Adjustments meet to make a decision on a specific variance on a building permit The current committee is as follows: |
| The Board of Adjustments is a public meeting, if a resident requests a variance, all neighbors within 300 feet of the property in discussion will be sent a notice of the meeting being held. |
